Trolley Park

This park has a pavillion with picnic tables, baseball field, playground and bathrooms.  There are no grilling faciilites available, but grills may be utilized.

An application is required for the use of the pavillion.  Please contact the Village Office for further information.

I agree to the following:

1. All persons shall maintain an orderly behavior while on Village property
2. Pay for any damages to Village property
3. Leave the property in an orderly and neat condition. Anything removed from under the pavilion will be returned to its original location.
4. Remove any and all non-Village property at the close of the activity - this includes any refuse/garbage
5. The park closes at dusk. All persons must leave the park by this time.
6. No alcoholic beverages anywhere in the park

Note: rental of the pavilion does NOT include exclusive use of Trolley Park. This is a public facility. Ball field, basketball court, playground equipment and bathrooms are for everyone's use.

Note: A $100 charge for rental of the pavilion will be made to all non-village residents. This is non-refundable.

Note: A $50. REFUNDABLE fee must accompany all reservations requests. If your request is denied this fee will be returned immediately. If you request is approved, it will be returned if the pavilion area is left in a clean and orderly condition.

I understand these regulations and agree to them. I am over 21 years of age. I agree to be responsible to the municipality for use and care of the facilities. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Village of Weedsport from and against any and all liability, loss, damages, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury and/or property damage.
