The Planning Board reviews all subdivision applications for the Town of Brutus and the Village of Weedsport. Subdivision decisions made by this Board are final for all Town applicants and advisory in nature for subdivisions in the Village. This Board also considers and renders decisions pertaining to any and all matters referred to it by the Town Board of the Town of Brutus and Board of Trustees of the Village of Weedsport.
Members are appointed for four year terms. Both the Village and Town Boards may appoint two alternates.
Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Municipal Building, 9021 North Seneca Street, Weedsport, New York. Applications and/or information must be received two weeks in advance to be considered for the agenda.
